Mrs. Shalini Bhupal has done her Graduation in Arts from Osmania University. She started her career as Director of Orbit Tour & Travels Pvt. Ltd.
Presently, Mrs. Bhupal is serving as an Executive Director of M/s. TAJ GVK Hotels and Resorts Limited. In the capacity of Executive Director, she is responsible for development and implementation of new projects, renovation of existing facilities and interior designing.
TAJ GVK is a joint venture between The Taj group of Hotels and GVK Group based at Hyderabad. The IHCL is a leading chain of Hotels in Asia with hotels spread across the continent. GVK Group is a multi-business and multi-location conglomerate with diversified business interest.
TAJ GVK presently has four hotels, three hotel properties in Hyderabad and one in Chandigarh and chennai. One more Hotel at Yelahanka, Bangalore to be part of TAJ GVK. Taj Krishna, the flagship hotel of the company is a super deluxe luxury hotel and is a market leader in Hyderabad. The hotel has been conferred Hotel of the Hotels award amongst the Taj group of Hotels.
Mrs. Bhupal is Chief Executive Officer of the Green Woods Palaces and Resorts Private Limited – a JV company of TAJ GVK, operating Taj Santacruz Hotel, Mumbai. She has expertise in the areas of administration, finance and general management.
She is also the Director of Infotech Professional Pte Ltd, a company based out of Australia which is engaged in providing tertiary, technical and vocational education in alliance with Australian Universities
Over a period of time Mrs. Bhupal has acquainted herself with personal investments in stocks/mutual funds various other personal investment avenues.
