Job Description:

Administration and management of watershed development projects being implemented through partner NGOs. Frame out and implement the institutional structures and processes for long-term sustainability of the programmes. Design and implement performance monitoring, appraisal and capacity building of key human resources and suggest measures to improve efficiency. Ability to manage and priorities a large number of competing demands and operate to deadlines. Must possess good interpersonal skills and team spirit. Ability to manage self in diversities and adversities.

Candidate Profile

Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Water Resource Development having at least 3 years working experience in a watershed development projects.
Experience in the area of Natural Resource Management and liaisoning/networking with public and private institutions will be a distinct advantage.
Effective verbal and written communications skills in English, including computing skills.
Working knowledge of local language Telugu/Hindi is desirable.
Ability to undertake unaccompanied travel in interior rural areas.
