Steps Involved in 102 Ambulance service / Citizen Application
- Install 102 ambulance service/ 102 citizen app UP Application.
- Follow the registration process.
- Make sure your device is GPS & Internet connection enabled while calling 102Citizen Application.
- On clicking the 102logo, the application will be fetching user’s current position and it will call on 102Emergency Response Centre.
- Upload Image from the 102 Citizen Application. The Emergency Response Officer will be able to see user’s Uploaded Images.
- On calling108, user’s current position will be transmitted at 102Emergency Response centre where the ERO will be able to see user’s current position in google maps and on requirement they send nearest 102 Ambulance.
