What happens after I submit my resume?

Once you have submitted your resume, you will receive an auto generated email that will say that your resume has been received and you will be shortly informed for further process.

What is the further process?

The further process will include short-listing of your resume according to the requirement by the Recruitment SPOC. After that you will receive a call for preliminary round of interview. After clearing that there will be multiple rounds of personal/ telephonic interviews depending on the availability of panel. After all the rounds of interview there will be a reference and background check which will be followed by offer generation.

When should I expect to hear from you?

Once the resume is submitted, our Recruitment SPOC will have a check on it, and if the resume fits the requirement then you will hear within a period of 2 weeks.

Any suggestions for my resume?

The resume should be able to reflect all your work experience. It should be a summary of your qualifications and work life. It should highlight the factors that are relevant to the job you are applying for.

How long should my resume be?

The length of the resume actually does not matter. The resume should be specific to the job applied for.

How many rounds of interview do you usually have?

The rounds of interview depends on the position applied for. On an average there will be minimum 3 rounds of interview.

How is the work culture of the organization?

We are a emergency serving organization and therefore we need competent people who are proactive. We focus a lot on the training and development of our employees because that makes them perfect. The work culture therefore is competitive to make them deliver better. Communication is our key and therefore we prefer open communication for all our staff.
